| Process: Drennan supplies lost wax investment castings, using sodium silicate (water glass) for lower precision items and silica sol for high precision. Equipment:400-2000 kg medium frequency induction furnaces. Wax injection, wax welding, dipping, sand-coating, shell making, dewaxing, pouring, decoating, cutting and cleaning/shotblasting equipment for upto 10,000tonnes per year production. Heat treatment facilities for normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering. Materials:Carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steels, Aluminium alloys, brass Products:Industrial waste container fittings, rail industry parts, construction equipment wear parts, building industry fittings, oil industry, agricultural equipment Capacity:Upto 10,000tonnes per year Minimum Order Qty:1,000 kg Item Wgt and Dimensions:0.05 kg-100 kg Customer Base:Operations with a turnover USD3-300million, aiming to reduce cost, develop new products or find alternative sources for production |
