For iron, 3-10 tonne cupola furnaces and 5-20 tonne induction furnaces. Sand mixing & core-making machinery, automatic moulding production line, shot-blasting, grinding, high pressure water blasting equipment. Heat treatment facilities for normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering. Materials:Carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steels, Aluminium alloys, copper Products:Rail industry parts, automotive after sale parts, construction equipment parts, mining equipment, marine industry Capacity:Upto 30,000 tonnes per year Minimum Order Qty:3,000 kg Item Wgt and Dimensions:5kg-1000 kg Customer Base:Operations with a turnover USD3-300 million, aiming to reduce cost, develop new products or find alternative sources for production |
